Nan Travers, PhD, is the director for the Center for Leadership in Credentialing Learning at SUNY Empire State College. She co-leads the national initiative, Credential As You Go, and is the PI on the federal grant supporting many of the activities. Much of her work focuses on research, policies and practices of the recognition, validation and credentialing of all types of learning.
A 25 year-plus veteran of the assessment industry, Bill West, MBA, has successfully served in a variety of operational and business development capacities for test administration and credential management organizations, as well as an NCCA-accredited non-profit credentialing association. West has launched and managed numerous national and global assessment programs, assisted programs with expanding their businesses, implemented strategic partnerships and developed new markets.
Holly Zanville, PhD, is a research professor and co-director of the Program on Skills, Credentials & Workforce Policy at George Washington University. She co-leads the national initiative, Credential As You Go. She formerly served as strategy director at Lumina Foundation, where she focused on credentialing, adult learners and the future of learning and work.
